What is the MOQ and lead time?
MOQ is negotiable and depends on the model; typical production lead time is around 4–6 weeks. We ship FOB or CIF worldwide with full export documentation.
Are the umbrellas wind-resistant?
Frames use powder-coated aluminium with reinforced ribs, and we match base weight to wind exposure. For very exposed sites we recommend cantilever models with heavy bases or in-ground mounting, and closing umbrellas in high wind.
Which fabrics can I choose?
Solution-dyed acrylic for the best colourfastness and a soft look, or PVC-coated polyester for fully waterproof, wipe-clean commercial use, both in a wide colour range with independent SGS testing.
