Why it works
A conventional umbrella shades the sun but leaves guests exposed to mosquitoes and flies at dusk. Our integrated mesh curtain zips around the full canopy perimeter and weights to the ground, sealing off a protected zone without sprays, candles or screened structures. The result is a usable evening space that extends restaurant covers, pool decks and backyard living well past sunset.
Build & materials
The frame is extruded 6063-T5 aluminium with a UV-stable powder-coat finish for corrosion resistance in coastal and high-humidity climates. The canopy is solution-dyed acrylic (~280-300 gsm) for true fade resistance and a soft hand, with PVC-coated polyester offered as a value option. The netting is a fine-gauge knitted polyester mesh, breathable yet tight enough to block mosquitoes and midges, joined by heavy-duty corrosion-resistant zippers.
Operation is available as a manual crank-and-tilt or a tubular motor drive, with Somfy/Becker-compatible motorization and remote control on request for hospitality and high-volume specs.
