Extruded aluminium louvres rotate up to ~135° to manage sun, airflow and rain, then close to a watertight roof with integrated gutters that channel water through the posts.
Somfy-compatible motorization
Quiet tubular motors drive the louvres and any side screens, with RTS/io remote, wall switch or smartphone/home-automation control as an OEM option.
Weather sensors & integrated LED
Optional rain, wind and sun sensors auto-close or adjust the roof, while perimeter dimmable LED strips and downlights extend usable evening hours.

Do you offer OEM/ODM and private labelling?
Yes. As a direct manufacturer we provide full OEM/ODM: custom dimensions, louvre profiles, RAL colours, motor and control choices, plus your logo and brand on the product, manuals and packaging. We can build to your drawings or co-develop a spec with you.
What is your MOQ and lead time?
MOQ is low and project-friendly — we serve importers, distributors and one-off architectural projects. Standard production lead time is about 4–6 weeks after order and artwork confirmation, depending on quantity, colour and add-ons.
Which motors and controls do you use?
We fit Somfy-compatible tubular motors as standard, with RTS/io remotes, wall switches, smartphone apps and home-automation integration available. If you require a specific motor brand for your market, tell us and we will quote accordingly.
Are the pergolas certified and independently tested?
Yes. Our manufacturing holds ISO 9001, CE, TÜV, ACS, COS and MSDS, and we have frame strength, coating and weather resistance independently verified by SGS. We provide the relevant test reports and documentation for your import market.
How are pergolas shipped, and how is quality guaranteed?
We ship FOB or CIF worldwide, packed for export in protective crating, and can consolidate with other Awnova shade products. Each unit is factory-inspected before dispatch and backed by our SGS/TÜV-tested build quality — we honour factory warranty terms agreed in your contract rather than blanket marketing claims.
