Why it works
The center-pole geometry keeps the build simple, serviceable and cost-efficient at volume — fewer moving parts than a cantilever, faster assembly, and a lower landed cost for distributors. A push-up or crank-lift mechanism opens the ribs cleanly, while an integrated air vent reduces uplift and lets the canopy breathe in gusts.
Because the frame is symmetrical and pole-mounted, it sits naturally in table holes and standard bases, making it the easiest umbrella to merchandise across cafes, pool decks and garden retail.
Build & materials
Frames use 6063-T5 aluminium with a marine-grade powder-coat finish for corrosion resistance and color consistency, available in black, white, anthracite, bronze and custom RAL tones. Steel-reinforced options are available for heavier commercial duty.
Canopies are offered in polyester (180-250 gsm) for value programs, or solution-dyed acrylic (~280-300 gsm) where UV stability and long fade life matter. PVC-coated polyester is available for waterproof and signage applications. All fabrics are SGS-tested for tensile strength, colorfastness and water resistance.
Customization & OEM
This is a full OEM/ODM platform. We print or dye your canopy colors, screen or dye-sublimate logos onto valances and panels, match powder-coat to your palette, and adapt rib counts, pole diameters and lift mechanisms to your spec. Retail-ready packaging, barcoding and master-carton configurations are produced to your requirements.
