Why it works
Each sail is tensioned across anchor points to shed wind and rain rather than fight them. Curved-edge cutting and reinforced corners keep the membrane taut and flutter-free over long spans, so the canopy stays quiet and stable in real-world conditions.
We offer breathable HDPE knit for high-airflow, UV-focused shade and solution-dyed acrylic for premium color depth and fade resistance. Fabrics are SGS-tested for UV block and tensile strength, with up to 95%+ UV protection depending on weave.
Build & materials
Sails are double-stitched with UV-stable PTFE or polyester thread and finished with webbing-reinforced corners and stainless D-rings. The included hardware kit uses 316 marine-grade stainless steel turnbuckles, pad eyes and shackles — ideal for chlorinated pool decks and coastal sites.
For framed installations we supply 6063-T5 aluminium posts with powder-coat finishes in standard or custom RAL colors, rated for repeated tensioning and outdoor exposure.
Customization & OEM
Send dimensions or a site drawing and we cut to spec — triangles, squares, rectangles or multi-point hypar shapes. We support private-label branding, custom carry bags, retail packaging and barcoding for distributors, plus mixed-color container loads.
