Why a fixed awning works
With no motor, gearbox or folding arms, a fixed-frame awning has almost nothing to wear out or service. The load-bearing aluminium frame is welded and braced, so it withstands wind and weather far better than a retractable unit and can stay deployed year-round.
For storefronts and hospitality, the broad fabric face doubles as a branding surface for printed logos or shop names, while still cutting solar heat gain on the glass behind it — a practical sell-in point for commercial buyers.
Build & materials
The frame is fabricated from 6063-T5 aluminium with a powder-coat finish for corrosion resistance and consistent colour. Covers are solution-dyed acrylic (~280-300 gsm) for fade resistance, with PVC-coated polyester available where full waterproofing and easy cleaning matter most.
Fabric is tensioned over the frame and finished with sewn or welded seams. All key materials are sourced to support our ISO 9001 quality system, and finished goods can be SGS / TÜV tested on request.
Customization & OEM
Every order is made to dimension — width, projection and drop are specified per opening, in dome or slope form. Choose your frame powder-coat colour and fabric shade from standard ranges, or supply Pantone references and print-ready artwork for branded covers.
We handle private labelling, custom packaging and bespoke mounting brackets for masonry, timber or curtain-wall facades, shipped FOB or CIF to your port.
