The frame is extruded 6063-T5 aluminium with a UV-stable powder-coat finish, paired with stainless and zinc-plated fasteners for corrosion resistance in coastal and humid climates. Front bar, brackets, and arms are matched to a single colorway for clean, resale-ready aesthetics.
Standard fabric is solution-dyed acrylic at 280-300 gsm — fade-resistant, water-repellent, and breathable — with PVC-coated polyester available for heavy-duty or waterproof applications. All frames and finishes are validated to ISO 9001, CE, and TÜV standards, with SGS testing on request.
Customization & OEM
