Why the clamp mount works
The reinforced clamp bracket grips standard balcony railings and posts from roughly 40 to 110 mm, distributing load through a wide contact plate so there's no flex, no rattle, and no masonry work. That single feature opens a market your wall-mounted lines can't reach — tenants, condo owners, and hospitality operators who need shade today without a contractor or landlord approval.

Build & materials
The frame is extruded 6063-T5 aluminium with a polyester powder-coat finish for salt-spray and UV resistance. The cover is solution-dyed acrylic at roughly 280-300 gsm — colorfast, water-repellent, and mildew-resistant — with PVC-coated polyester and breathable HDPE available for shade-priority or coastal builds.
Operation is manual gear-crank as standard, with an optional tubular motor (Somfy/Becker-compatible) for wired or remote control. Every batch is built to ISO 9001 process control and validated by CE and TÜV; fabric and frame samples are SGS-tested on request.
Customization & OEM
This is a true ODM platform: specify projection, width, frame color from the RAL range, fabric grade and pattern, valance style, and motor or crank operation. We print or weave your logo on the cover and valance, supply branded packaging and multilingual manuals, and can tune bracket geometry for non-standard railing profiles.
Pricing is FOB or CIF worldwide, with consolidated container loading for mixed-SKU orders.

Do you offer OEM/ODM and private branding?
Yes. As a factory-direct manufacturer we customize size, projection, frame RAL color, fabric grade, valance and operation, and print or weave your logo on the cover, valance, manuals and packaging. Full ODM tooling is in-house.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
OEM orders typically start around 100 sets, with production of roughly 4–6 weeks after artwork and specs are confirmed. Mixed-SKU containers can be consolidated. Sample units are available before bulk.
What railing sizes does the clamp fit, and is drilling really not needed?
The standard bracket grips railings and posts from about 40 to 110 mm with no wall penetration. For non-standard profiles we can tune the bracket geometry as an ODM option.
Can I choose the fabric and add a motor?
Yes. Standard is solution-dyed acrylic (~280–300 gsm); PVC-coated polyester and breathable HDPE are available. A tubular Somfy/Becker-compatible motor can replace the manual crank for wired or remote operation.
