Why it works
A carport canopy is judged on two things: how much it protects the vehicle beneath it, and how long it survives outdoors. Our shade fabrics block up to 98% of UV and shed water and hail, keeping paintwork, interiors and dashboards cooler and cutting heat damage over the life of the car.
The structure is rated for sustained wind exposure, and retractable versions can be drawn in ahead of storms. Every batch is SGS-tested for tensile strength, colourfastness and weather resistance, so importers and distributors can sell with confidence.
Build & materials
Frames are extruded from 6063-T5 aluminium with a marine-grade powder-coat finish for corrosion resistance in coastal and high-humidity climates. Canopies use solution-dyed acrylic (~280-300 gsm) for premium fade resistance, PVC-coated polyester for waterproof high-load spans, or breathable HDPE mesh for hot, sunny regions.
Motorised retractable units run on quiet tubular motors compatible with Somfy and Becker controls, with remote, wall switch, and sun/wind sensor options. Fixed carports ship as bolt-together kits for fast on-site assembly.
