Outdoor Zip-Screen Roller Blind
Windproof shade, locked edge to edge.
Request a Quote & Catalog →The Outdoor Zip-Screen Roller Blind locks fabric edges into side channels via a continuous zip track, holding the screen taut and stable in wind where conventional drop blinds flap or pull free. Built factory-direct by Awnova for importers, distributors, and hospitality projects, it ships in motorized or manual builds with full OEM/ODM control. Browse the full range under Outdoor Roller Blinds.
Why the zip track works
A welded keder edge runs the full height of the fabric and rides inside an aluminium side channel, so the screen stays under tension and cannot blow out of its guides. This delivers a flat, rattle-free surface, a tighter insect and weather seal than rope or cable systems, and meaningfully higher wind tolerance — ideal for exposed terraces, upper floors, and coastal sites.
Operation is smooth on a tubular motor or, for off-grid and budget projects, a manual crank or spring system. The fabric self-corrects back into the channels on every cycle, keeping long-term alignment clean.
Build and materials
Frames and channels are extruded 6063-T5 aluminium with a UV-stable polyester powder-coat finish (standard RAL, custom on request). Fabrics include solution-dyed acrylic (~280-300 gsm) for fade resistance, PVC-coated polyester for full weather closure, and breathable HDPE mesh where airflow, glare control, and outward view matter. Tubular motors are Somfy/Becker-compatible with RF remote, wall switch, sun/wind sensor, and smart-home integration available.
Customization and OEM
Every component is specifiable: dimensions, fabric grade and openness factor, frame and box color, motor brand and control scheme, and packaging. We support full OEM/ODM — your branding, carton print, manuals, and SKU structure — backed by ISO 9001 production and SGS-tested, TÜV-rated materials.

Buyer FAQs
Do you offer OEM/ODM and private labeling?
Yes. We support full OEM/ODM — your branding, custom dimensions, fabric and frame colors, motor brand, manuals, and carton printing, all produced under ISO 9001.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
Project MOQ is negotiable depending on configuration and volume. Standard production runs roughly 4-6 weeks, shipped FOB or CIF worldwide.
Motorized or manual — what are the options?
Both. Choose a tubular motor compatible with Somfy/Becker controls (RF remote, wall switch, sun/wind sensors, smart-home), or a manual crank/spring system for off-grid and budget projects.
Which fabric should I specify for high wind and sun?
For fade resistance use solution-dyed acrylic (~280-300 gsm); for full weather closure use PVC-coated polyester; for airflow, glare control, and view use breathable HDPE mesh. All are SGS-tested and TÜV-rated.
